The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association read more was conducted on the twenty-fifth of July, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was led by President Smith, with attendance of homeowners in presence.
Following call to order, the record from the previous meeting were considered and approved with some amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a summarized financial report outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- Multiple homeowners raised questions regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed community garden construction and parking improvement projects.
- The board addressed the homeowner's questions, providing updates about the initiatives.
Concluding the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, at a later date.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is currently examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to strengthen the value of life for all residents while resolving current concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are standards related to landscaping, quiet hours, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments carefully and provide their suggestions by September 1st.
- An open forum will be arranged on September 8th to examine the proposed amendments in further elaboration.
Additional information regarding the proposed amendments can be accessed on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are highly recommended to engage in this important process.
Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project
Our dedicated community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing trees, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of belonging.
We're currently working on several projects, including the revitalization of our community garden. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly wonderful place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents
